A Problem Arises. A Problem is Solved. Another Entry for the Glossary.

13th October 2007

For some reason or other the link system on this site between published pages and private pages collapsed. It is on the private pages that I have been putting up the Count and the Widow drawings and without working links there was no way in which they could be accessed.

I had a friend called Ronnie, who sadly died, who had a brilliant mind. He maintained that nothing bad happened in one’s working life but that you could not turn it to advantage. So the problem was: not the problem itself, but figuring out how to make the best of it.

I tried every which way to sort the links out but could not find a solution. So eventually I put all the drawings onto a single scrollable published page. Bearing in mind that there are enough drawings in this erotic Italian tale to last almost until the La Befana arrives with lumps of coal for all the naughty children, the former arrangement of a separate page for each drawing was going to become hopelessly clumsy. So Samuelson’s Third Law (Ronnie’s actually) - a.k.a. Triumph over Adversity - a.k.a. Every Cloud has a Silver Lining - wins again.

To access the Count and the Widow just click on the tab at the top of the page, or click here. There is some tidying up to be done to make the joined-up pages read smoothly and look more neat. I am trying to do stuff with this blog that has never been done before, so I ask your forbearance.

I have put up the fifth drawing, and some notes under the heading A message to the Count from Saint Augustine wil be added sometime during the weekend. You will find the fifth drawing here

As ever, I must tell you that fumetti erotica illustrations, although interesting as an art form, are highly explicit and crude. Access to the Count and the Widow page is not authorised for anyone under 18 and if you are likely to be offended please do not go there.
